Drink to save your body and the planet
We are supposed to drink at least 1 liter of water everyday. For a family of three that is two large bottles of mineral water, in plastic. And that is the minimum. This is why I use filtered water. I have been using Brita products for ten years, and discovered the new Maxtra+ cartdriges, they say it's the best ever made, and I tend to agree. Best value is usually pack of 12 cartdridges , but sometimes they are cheaper by pack of 3 .
